The visionary behind TANEFO, Jeremiah founded the organization in 2021 with a burning conviction that Tanzania's marginalized communities deserved access to opportunity and dignity. He leads strategic direction, partnerships, and overall organizational governance.
Goodness Yona Mbise
Goodness Yona Mbise supports the planning, coordination, and execution of TANEFO projects, ensuring activities run smoothly across teams. She works closely with stakeholders to track progress, organize project tasks, and ensure timely delivery of project goals aligned with TANEFO’s mission and impact objectives.
Alex Samwel
A co-founder and member of TANEFO's board of directors, Alex brings strategic oversight and deep community knowledge to the organization. His commitment to grassroots development ensures that board decisions remain grounded in the real needs of the communities TANEFO serves.
Erin Anderson
Erin leads TANEFO's training programs, designing and delivering curriculum for women's financial capability and empowerment initiatives. Her expertise in adult education and vocational training ensures programs are practical, culturally sensitive, and impactful.
